Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card required. The free plan supports up to 100 transactions per month — enough for most micro-businesses starting out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your settings page at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. See our refund policy for details.
Does KhataGO work with Tally?
Pro and CA plans include Tally 9+ compatible XML export. Import it directly into Tally without any reformatting.
What languages does KhataGO support?
English on the free plan. Hindi and Gujarati UI available on Pro and above. The AI parser handles messages in any of these languages.
How do refunds work?
Pro-rated refund within 7 days of your first charge, no-questions-asked. After that, refunds apply only for service-level breaches (bugs that blocked you, significant downtime). See the refund policy link below.
